By contrast the fairways and resort facilities of Parque da Floresta golf are like an oasis of green dropped into the countryside. The course has become respected as one of the Algarves most challenging games and is now supported by a wide range of other facilities.
Vila do Bispo is a town where time seems to have stood still and in its sleepy streets even the dogs seem to have preserved the secret of an easy life. As if in command to join the modern world the gleaming blades of the nearby wind farm turn on even the lightest of breezes generating electricity to feed the demand of modern appliances.
